It also opens up onto the beach with a swimming pool. We also had late night drinks at the beach bar, very cool and there was a dJ playing.
We stumbled across Sankara having stayed in a horrible hotel by a dirty beach. It's more expensive than other bars but the food is a notch above the average Mui Ne restaurants.
The beach is lovely and clean and the bar proved comfortable sun loungers. The bar has TVs which have Setanta sports so they show major sports matches, while we were there they showed the Lions vs Australia and the Wimbledon tennis final.
The kitchen can be a little unpredictable with menu items either not available or not matching the menu description.
Guess which one i did. If this place was in Miami or New York they would be blowing up. Awesome environment for a drink. Very sleek and on the beach. Drinks are a little pricey at around K dong for a cocktail but go at happy hour from and its not bad. We returned again abit earlier the 2nd time about 8pm to find it was apparently 'Quiz night' although with only 6 people in there I was surprised as to who was even going to participate!
